PASSOVER/UNLEAVENED BREAD 2008  was awesome.  The theme of the year for us all seemed to be "clean out the Temple" (our physical bodies) from all the junk we tend to eat in our American diets, so not only did our family remove the 'leaven' from our home, but we also spent time removing all the chemical junk from our diets and we are doing our best to adjust our eating habbits to be better caretakers of our 'temples' so to speak.

Don't forget that after Passover we have to start Counting the Omer! (click here to see more about Counting the Omer or to download the traditional blessings) It's harder to remember to do than you might think.  The girls and I love to use little stickers that they take turns putting on the calendar as we say a few prayers to mark the days.
